Hotel Colorado, Glenwood Springs

The hotel offered a mixed experience with cozy rooms but limited in space and brightness. The service was exceptional, especially with thoughtful gestures towards my daughter, yet some minor inconveniences with transportation were noted. The location was convenient with easy access to the nearby hot springs and lovely outdoor spaces, although noise levels may vary. The dining experience was delightful with well-presented dishes, but some improvements could be made in terms of variety. Overall, a decent stay with notable positives and a few minor drawbacks.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the rooms were conveniently within walking distance, yet the heat was overwhelming due to open windows and un-drawn curtains. The makeshift AC unit was a bit of an eyesore, but the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Hot Springs pool and downtown area, although the worn beds were not the most comfortable.
